Can freaking SUCK MY BALLS! Why the freak would they offer NO support for 64-bit XP users?

I buy their stupid ipod [which isn't even all that great], and now because of their STUPID freaking SELFISH UNCOOPERATIVE ATTITUDE I can't even use it...

basically, itunes 8 doesn't work and the older versions are nowhere to be found

http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4393585/iTunes_7.2

and they don't offer support because xp 64 bit is pointless and broken

EDIT: or http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4154912 ... 4Setup.exe

Not sure what either of those do and not sure if there are viruses attached etc. Just be careful

xp 64 bit from what I've seen/heard has very little driver support, and very few games support 64-bit, meaning they aren't taking full advantage of what's available to it. I prefer Windows XP Pro, but Vista 64 bit is better than XP 64 bit, and Vista is actually getting to the point where it might be a half decent OS

Well I used orca to fix xp64.

I hated xp 64, its such a worthless crap operating system. So many issues.

Upgrade to vista 64 and you'll never look back.

A 64bit Microsoft operating system.

iTunes works great on Vista 64... the XP64 hack works ok, but seriously XP64 is really really bad.

It is the modern day, Windows ME. It's just bad.

Do you have an iPhone or an itouch?

If you don't then you don't need iTunes.

Winamp, foobar, and most good music players can manage iPods.

Only itouch and iPhones absolutely NEED itunes.

I prefer Itunes because I like to whittle away time organizing in it, and Itunes is very easy to use, whereas Winamp pissed me off and so I switched back.

How on earth was Winamp difficult to use? it's soooo easy.

I don't like how itunes organizes things.

I do all my organizing my hand. grouping things into genres, bands, albums. and tag everything.

I have ~60,000 mp3s

And I thought I had alot.

I also do my own organizing, but winamp wouldn't let me remove album names.

Anyhow, I'm set in my ways.  I would like to know if there is any way to fix the "legal" music in my collection. (I had gift certificates, honest!).  There was a program out there but it was only up through Itunes 7.1, and Apple squashed any more work on it.

All techno only counts as a single song, so how many songs do you have now?

Maybe that's what it wants you to think, and it's really the anti-Christ.
